Boardroom

The We Hate Ben board is made up of current and former players, management and staff who made a significant contribution to the club while they were part of the team.

Chairman

Owner, co-founder, former manager and player Lee Pemberton is the chairman of the We Hate Ben. Pemberton managed the team in its first season in 2006/07, and continues to have an active presence in the running of the club. Now based in Birmingham, Pemberton regularly returns to Aberystwyth for games and meetings, and has appeared in every WHB Oldboys match each year.

Board members

Former club captain and co-founder Gareth Harvey is Chief Executive, although has been a fading prescence in the boardroom over the last few years. Most directorial decisions are made through current player, co-founder, former Manager and Assistant, James Naik, who also performs in a Director Of Football capacity. Fellow co-founders Ben Court, John Warren, Rich Cross, Chris Townsend, Ross Pope and Jason Dodsworth form the core of the board and are also vocal supporters of the club despite none of them being based in Aberystwyth any longer. Jack Thomas, Matt Sermon, Adam Edgerley and Matt L'argent are all ex-players with interests in the club.

The board is reviewed annually in August of each year.
