We Hate Ben have offered contracts to seven of the players who have been on trial recently and hope that they will all sign in the next few days. All players are due to start preseason on Monday and James Naik hopes they can hit the ground running.
The players who have been offered deals include Joe Szwaba, Jack Jones, Stuart Fleming, Alastair England, Simon Moores, Danny Shaw and Robb Shearman.
However, the club have let Adam Smith and Nick Thomas leave after they failed to agree terms. Smith has now rejoined Gigolo Warriors, while Thomas is in talks with another club. Karl Dyer is a different story however, as he has left the club after an injury. Naik will take another look at him in future once his injury clears up. Naik would also like to wish Thomas and Smith all the best in the future.
