We Hate Ben manager Alex MacDonald is believed to be in advanced talks with long-term target David Daniels. The former Gigolo Warriors player-manager is currently unattached after the club folded after two seasons brought two last place finishes. The Welshman can play up front, in the hole or either wing. His versatility will be a big plus for the coming season if a deal can be agreed.
In other news, Daniels teammate Daniel Lyons is believed to be interested in following him to the club. A full-back is in desperate need as Matt L'argent is the only one at the club following the recent releases and Stuart Fleming's injury scuppering his preseason preparations.
