Former boss to return

We Hate Ben's former manager James Naik looks set to return to the managerial hot seat for the second time this season after stepping down as boss at the end of the last one.

Twenty-three year-old Naik, who played for the club in last weekends defeat, took charge in the previous round for a 4-0 win against ATFC Lions, having guided the team to seventh and fourth-placed finishes in his two years, and winning the ADL Consolation Cup last season.

Naik had previously been Assistant Manger since outgoing boss Alex MacDonald had been installed in June, but took over for a brief period in November when MacDonald took a break.

Naik will be tasked with trying to turn around a team who had never been beaten by more than six goals under his tenure, back into the title challengers they were named as in pre-season. A tough first match against On The Pier will show what his team are made of.
