It has been revealed today that We Hate Ben have failed in attempts to sign two new players.
Twenty-one year-old midfielder Jon Matthews and twenty year-old left-sided forward Scott Clarke have both turned down the club and signed for League Two rivals AU Phoenix. Clarke is a blow for WHB boss James Naik as he had been tracked since last summer but with Naik back in charge the move was only started now, only to be rejected by the player.
