We Hate Ben announce first summer signing

We Hate Ben have today completed the signing of Jason Dodsworth, who is returning to Aberystwyth after a year away. The twenty-three year-old right-back, who can also play in other positions in defence and midfield has signed a one-year deal with a decond year option.

Dodsworth was with WHB for three years before leaving in the summer of 2009, playing twenty-six times which sees him sit fifth in the all-time records. Dodsworth has also scored one goal for the club. He had this to say after rejoining the club: "I am glad to be back at We Hate Ben after a year in England and cannot wait to get back to training with the lads I left behind and also meet the new ones. I want to make the right-back position my own and can't wait to get the new season underway."

Manager Matt L'argent was unavailable for comment at the time as he was away in South Africa on a scouting mission. He is believed to be pleased to have secured the first signing of his tenure and looks forward to competing with him for a full-back position.
