The Aberystwyth DIGS League has today announced that during the forthcoming season the league will be sponsored by Y Don, a sports shop based in Aberystwyth. Y Don previously sponsored the Aberystwyth DIGS League 1, but has now agreed to the main sponsor.
A requirement of the deal means that all DIGS clubs will now wear a special logo on one of the sleeves of their shirts. Any side not doing so will be subject to disciplinary action. We Hate Ben already have a good relationship with Y Don and will have no problems wearing the name of the company in addition to current deals with The Ship and Castle and the proposed deal with The Cambrian Hotel.
