Full-back Jason Dodsworth has today declared that he may seek pastures new if he doesn't get reassurances from We Hate Ben boss Matt L'argent. Dodsworth 24, who rejoined the club in the summer after a spell in England is concerned that he will have limited opportunities in what may be his final season with the team.
English-born Dodsworth, is currently believed to be third-choice right-back behind new signings Rhys Jones and Ronnie D'sa, but has recently impressed in training and played a part in friendly matches. Dodsworth wants the chance to break former team-mate Ross Pope's appearance record, and wants to achieve his goal with starts rather than cameo appearances from the bench.
Dodsworth told the media, "All I can do is put the work in during training, then it depends on what the L'argent is thinking about. He has said you could be needed at any moment, we can only prepare ourselves for the task and see what happens." Dodsworth went on "I hope I play on Saturday. I am looking forward to trying to put myself in contention for a starting place. “I am just happy to be back at the club I love and I want to be in contention for a place in the team. I want to help the club push on and if that means I break the record, so be it."

I'm not third choice right back
