WHB Manager Amos Resigns

Despite not having taken charge of a single game, James Amos has resigned as We Hate Ben manager. The decision has been made because of personal reasons and Amos has stated that he is 'absolutely gutted'.

"It is with tremendous sadness and regret that today I am resigning as manager of We Hate Ben. I have been forced into this decision by the fact that I cannot permanently return to Aberystwyth, as I am no longer a University student and simply cannot afford it at this time."

"I feel I have let a lot of people down and for this I am very sorry. I have done my best to help organise things whilst being away, but this simply isn't good enough and the players deserve better. I plan to return to University next year and I hope to rejoin the club in at least a playing role at that time, but I'm absolutely gutted to say that for the time being, my We Hate Ben career is over."

Assistant Manager Matt Davies is expected to remain as assistant boss, with a new player-manager being installed in the coming days.
