We Hate Ben plan restructuring (Part two)

We Hate Ben have today announced which players have now left the club due to their contracts not being renewed.

In very disapointing news, the four players who have played the most matches for the club, defenders Chris Townsend and Jason Dodsworth, winger Ross Pope and former ADL Goalkeeper of the Year Liam Weaver have all left the club. Also leaving are wingers Iain Giessler, Joe Scott and Sean Mack, defender Michael Jones and midfielders Paresh Bodalikar and Ross Harvey, meaning the club will lose ten players.

In more promising news, the club have already signed some players onto new contracts. Top goalscorer and new coach James Peate, captain Darrel Rees, coaches Jack Thomas and Matt Sermon and players Hywel Williams, Adam Edgerley, Matt L'argent, Chris Webster, Alastair England, Stuart Fleming, Adee Egbeyemi, Danny Shaw and Toby Moss have all signed new one-year deals, while Alex MacDonald, James Naik and Ben Court remain on the playing staff.

Nick McSmith, Matt Davies and Scott Thomas have all been also been offered new one-year deals and talks are ongoing.
