And so the rumours start to fly...

We Hate Ben have been linked so far this summer with a host of new players to replace the ten who have left and strengthen the squad. Some of these players are currently with ADL sides and others are out of contract.

Two of the more heavier-linked players are former SoccerJoos Josh Davies and Adam Roberts. Davies had been on trial last season but didn't sign a contract. The highly-rated player can play in both defence and midfield. Roberts, a pacy right-winger played for the club a year ago on a short-term deal but didn't carry on with the club. Speculation suggests that at least one of these players will be signing in the next few days.

Other rumours circulating involve the defence as three first-team defenders have now left the club. The first of these is Cei Whitehouse. The central defender currently plies his trade for Aber S.P.O.T.S and would be a replacement for Michael Jones. He is believed to want to join a club with better prospects. The signing would be a coup for the club as the two team have a rivalry that stretches back several years. Adam Roberts' brother Ed has been linked with joining the club too. The defender currently plays for Bayer Diamonds.

Two more defenders linked include Dave Norbury and Daniel Lyons. Norbury is an unattached full-back who can play either side while Lyons currently plays for Gigolo Warriors as a defender. His contract ends this summer. Another full-back named Gareth Tucker, is currently without a club and is believed to be considering a trial move.

In midfield the club have been linked with Gigolo Warriors star David Daniels, out of contract trio David Reeves, Jack Talbot and Chris Smart. Daniels was heavily linked with a move last summer only for him to sign a new contract. As well as playing across the midfield Daniels can also be utilised as a striker. Reeves can play on the wings, Talbot in the middle and Chris Smart plays a more attacking role behind the striker.

Up front the club have been linked with three players. These include David Turvill, Stuart Harding and an unnamed player, believed to be with rivals Sex Panthers.
