New vice-captain and scout Rhys Jones today spoke about wanting to win trophies and the team improving. Jones said "I feel as though a lot of potential was wasted last season and we really should have made more of the quality of players we had. With many big names gone from the team it's time for the current players to step up to the mark and deliver." Jones continued "Although this is going to be a tough year with many fresh new players having to be brought through there is no reason we cannot be pushing for a top three finish and a cup win. I shall be doing my utmost to ensure this and I will need everyone else to put 110% in to make this the most successful year for We Hate Ben ever".
Jones has also been busy scouting for new players and We Hate Ben will be announcing some new arrivals in the next few days.
