We Hate Ben Oldboys to embark on first European Tour

A We Hate Ben Oldboys side is to embark on their first ever European Tour in October, competing against teams from around the world in Portugal. The matches will take place in Albufeira, at world-renowned facilities used by both English professional clubs and the Welsh national side.

The team will play seven-a-side matches and are currently taking a squad of nine players. The nine players include James Naik, Jason Dodsworth, Matt L'argent, Ross Pope, Rich Cross, Ben Court, Richard Boudier, Joey Scutt and Andy Rhodes and after successes in this format in the last two years (including the AberPlaySport 2011 and Aberystwyth Football Sevens 2012 tournaments) it is hoped that the side can continue this kind of form.
