Webster not interested in Kirton

We Hate Ben manager Chris Webster today issued a statement to quell any rumours of a possible move for former On The Pier goalkeeper Adam Kirton.

"We are looking for players and we are looking for a goalkeeper but any move for Adam Kirton has been ruled out. Although we are currently looking at ADL sides for any possible players who have been released or are looking to move on, we have not and will not be speaking to Kirton. The unattached market is where we plan to do most of our business and there are plenty of players of the high standard we are looking for. We already have a shortlist of quality players that is growing by the day." Webster added "We Hate Ben are a progressive side and we are constantly striving to go forwards rather then backwards that a move of this type would represent."
